The breakout topic sessions include:\n\n \n\n	Women in Non-Traditional Roles.\n	Women Leading in Generational Businesses.\n	Women Leading in the Franchising Industries in the Region.\n	Young Entrepreneurs Under 30.\n	Women Leading the Changing Landscape in the Hospitality Industry.\n	Women in Personnel Management: The Best Way to Retain and Attract New Talent to Your Business.\n	Spill The Tea: The Truth About Working With Men \n\n \n\nWith an estimated crowd of over 600+ women from the West Texas region\, women from diverse backgrounds\, networking opportunities and award ceremonies.  There will be three esteemed award ceremonies that the center recognizes women in the community for their accomplishments in business or in the industry\, they represent.  Most importantly\, the Symposium allows women to be engaged and will be empowered to grow and continue influencing the world around them.  We will also have our beauty lane\, opportunity to obtain a professional headshot and our Grand Finale Closing Reception sponsored by MBDA El Paso Business Center.    The closing reception will conduct the Minority Enterprise Development Week Award ceremonies\, silent auction\, cash bar and Honorees.   \n\n \n\nWe have attached the Sponsorship Booklet and save the dates for the event for your review and consideration.
